Parent Resource Planning Guide
One of the biggest mistakes we can make when partnering with parents is assuming we know what they want to learn about and how they want to grow. Even if you have kids of your own, your life as a kids ministry staff member probably looks different than the family who just started attending church. It is important that you create space to ask intentional questions, engage in conversations outside of Sunday morning chaos, and get really specific questions to help you plan, lead, and equip your families.
This planning guide will walk you through all of the steps to plan a parent roundtable. You may be wondering how often you should host a parent roundtable—great question! My recommendation is to host a parent roundtable once a quarter and it helps if you have a specific goal for each one so that you have a well-rounded assessment each year.
